Early rise

Despite often having to stay up late for her performances, Taylor wakes up at 7:00 a.m. Spending more time in bed is a luxury her hectic schedule rarely allows her.

While we’re not sure about the minutiae of her workout schedule, we do know Taylor spends a lot of time on a treadmill.

“For me, running is about blasting a whole bunch of new songs and running to the beat. It’s also good because it makes me find a gym wherever I am.”
